Mathilde Molendijk

Mathilde Molendijk is the Program Manager for Kadaster's offices on Sint Eustatius, Saba, and Bonaire within the Directorate Data, Governance and Innovation of Kadaster (Dutch Land Registry and Mapping Agency). With the BES Cadastre Act transferring responsibility to the Board of Directors of Kadaster European Netherlands, she leads both the support of regular work processes and the pursuit of continual service quality improvements across the islands. Previously, Mathilde worked with Colombian governmental institutions, universities, enterprises, embassies, and congress on participatory land solutions in post-conflict areas as Kadaster's regional manager Latin America. She also managed national and international GIS education programmes at VU University Amsterdam, including MSc UNIGIS, MSc Environment and Resource Management, BSc Aarde, economie en duurzaamheid, and the Nationale GI minor. Passionate about practical, technology-enabled solutions, she collaborates with stakeholders to advance land administration that benefits communities and promotes inclusive development.
